NEELO JEWELSS sells jewellery products, including 925 sterling silver jewellery, through our online store.

Certain handmade, handcrafted or individually finished products may have minor variations in appearance, texture or finish. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

NEELO JEWELSS currently accepts and delivers orders within India only.

Delivery timelines displayed on our website or communicated to you are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather, operational conditions, public holidays, unforeseen events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, was repeatedly unavailable or otherwise failed to receive the shipment, any re-shipment or refund will be handled according to our applicable Refund Policy and the circumstances of the order.
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is visible damage, missing merchandise or another delivery-related issue.

Normal wear, scratching, tarnishing, discolouration or changes caused by improper care, chemical exposure, accidental damage or ordinary use may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
