We sell 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery online across India. We are committed to providing quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW
NEELO JEWELSS offers a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
If you wish to return an eligible product, you must submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.
Returns requested after the 7-day return period may not be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must:

Be unused and unworn.

Be in its original condition.

Be returned with the original packaging, wherever applicable.

Include all original tags, cards, certificates, boxes, pouches, and accessories supplied with the product.

Not have scratches, damage, alterations, resizing, repairs, polishing, or other modifications.

Not show signs of misuse or wear.

Be accompanied by the original order details or other valid proof of purchase.
All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
A Return option is available on your order page.
To request a return:

Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.

After receiving your request, NEELO JEWELSS will review it and proceed with the return as applicable.
Please ensure that the product is securely packed and kept in its original condition.
4. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
The following may not be eligible for return where the reason for return is simply a change of mind:

Jewellery that has been resized, altered, repaired, polished, or modified.

Personalised or customised jewellery.

Jewellery damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use.

Products missing original packaging, tags, certificates, or accessories.

Products showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or misuse.
These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law regarding products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered or advertised.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or you believe the product has a manufacturing defect, please submit a return request as soon as possible after delivery.
We recommend inspecting your jewellery immediately after receiving your order.
You may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue.
After verification, NEELO JEWELSS may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund once product is returned, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
6. WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please submit a return request as soon as possible.
Please do not wear or use the product.

7. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
For returns due to change of mind, size preference, or other reasons not caused by an error or defect on our part, the applicable return shipping cost will generally be borne by the customer.
For products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as advertised, NEELO JEWELSS will handle the return and refund in accordance with the applicable circumstances and applicable law.
8. RETURN INSPECTION
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it before processing the refund.
The inspection may include checking:

NEELO JEWELSS currently offers refunds only and does not offer product exchanges.
Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the applicable refund will be initiated.
Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used to place the order, wherever technically possible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment method.
10. NO EXCHANGE POLICY
At present, NEELO JEWELSS does not offer product exchanges.
If you receive an eligible product and wish to return it, you may request a refund according to this Return & Refund Policy.
If you wish to purchase another product or a different size, you may place a new order separately after your refund has been processed.
11. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests received before the order has been shipped may be eligible for cancellation and refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may need to be handled according to the applicable return process.
For personalised or customised products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
12. SALE AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special discount offers may be subject to specific return conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
However, defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
13. FREE GIFTS AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
If your order includes a free gift or promotional item and the order is returned, the free gift may also need to be returned.
If the promotional item is not returned, its applicable value may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
14. RETURN PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for securely packing the jewellery before sending it back.
NEELO JEWELSS is not responsible for damage occurring during return transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer.
Please retain your return tracking information until we confirm receipt of your return.
15. UNDELIVERED / RETURN-TO-SENDER ORDERS
If an order is returned to us because of:

Repeated failed delivery attempts.

Refusal to accept delivery.

Other reasons attributable to the customer.

Any applicable shipping or return-to-origin charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
16. 925 STERLING SILVER & NATURAL TARNISHING
Our jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver, as stated on the relevant product listing.
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish or change in appearance over time due to exposure to air, moisture, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, and other environmental factors.
Normal tarnishing or changes in appearance caused by use or environmental exposure are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
Customers are advised to follow appropriate jewellery-care instructions to maintain the appearance of their jewellery.
17. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE RETURN REQUESTS
NEELO JEWELSS reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, or repeated misuse of the return process.
This does not affect any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
18. SHIPPING DESTINATION
NEELO JEWELSS currently accepts orders for delivery within India only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
